We are a custom manufacturer of open die forgings and rolled rings to the nuclear industry serving the commercial and government markets. Scot Forge has supplied forgings for reactor internals, reactor coolant pumps, valve & pump systems, material handling equipment, and waste canisters & casks.


Material grades include a wide range of carbon, alloy, stainless, tool steel, aluminum, titanium, copper and nickel based alloys. Single part weights up to 80,000 pounds and rolled rings up to 240" OD. Shapes include bars (round, square, flat or hex), blanks, rings, hubs, step-down shafts, tube & pipe shapes, torch cut contours and custom shaped parts. In-house secondary processing capabilities include thermal treatment, rough machining, sawing, torch cutting and destructive, metallurgical, & non-destructive testing. Material supplied to meet ASME standards for Ferrous and Non Ferrous specifications.

In addition to being ISO 9001:2008 certified our Nuclear Quality Program is compliant with the following standards:
